The goal of a Care Group is developing a more intimate friendship and encouraging each other in their walk with God.

Our Care Groups are small groups of people (usually 3-12) that allow for deeper care giving and intimacy.  We gather to study the Bible or a Christian topic.  This may be done through a book study or watching videos.  There may be a time of personal sharing of each others' lives in terms of struggles, issues, joys and victories, and spending time in prayer together.

Some groups also focus on accountability.

Some of the groups enjoy hanging out together, sharing a meal, and getting to know each other more.  These groups provide support and encouragement for each other in times of need with meals, rides, visits, etc.

Another aspect may be providing service to the community by serving meals at Willis Dady Shelter, helping at His Hands Free Clinic, or wrapping gifts at Bridgehaven for clients.

The frequency and place of meeting is determined by the group.
