Sunday Service Cancellation Policy
A decision whether or not to cancel a worship service will be made at least two hours before the worship service. The cancellation information will be found:
- a notice will be posted on our Peace Church website page
- a notice will be posted on our Facebook page
- on KCRG Channel 9
- published on the KCRG website.
- an email will be sent to the members and regular attenders
Wednesday Evening Activities Cancellation Policy
All Wednesday evening programs (GEMS, Cadets, CIA and PCYG) will follow the Cedar Rapids School District cancellations. When the Cedar Rapids Community School District cancels school or has an early dismissal due to inclement weather on a Wednesday, then all Peace Church activities will be cancelled. If, for some reason, leaders feel there is a need to cancel Wednesday evening activities even though school has been held, they will inform the participants of the cancellation.
