Three hours, with three main portions to the training:
Part 1 explains the DYB (Discover Your Bible) method which includes learning about adult dialogue principles.
Part 2 covers how to run a group and strategies for dealing with various personalities.
Part 3 focuses on the outreach aspect of small groups and how we can make it feel welcoming.
